Return Process

  Log into your Pejayz account or visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its unused state.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
